CERANO
For the preparation of the molding sands there exists a fully automatic plant with a GREENSAND controller.
The “green” molding sand components are introduced automatically into a sand muller: reclaimed sand, new
sand, bentonite, sea coal and water. After each mulling cycle, the molding sand is conveyed to the molding units
after automatic inspections have been performed by a GREENSAND controller. An automatic cooling rotating
drum is connected to the sand plant, in line with the sandblasting area.
