The shake-out process of the two automatic lines Disamatic happens with n° 2 vibrating channels that converge directly into a cooling rotating drum. This system allows to cool in a uniform and homogeneous, the return sand and castings, avoiding any kind of thermal shock. At the end of the cooling drum rotating, it has installed a metallical tape that loads the sand-blasting machine; finished the automatic sand-blasting the cast iron parts are downloaded to a second mechanical tape ready to be trimmed and packed.
